Mission: To provide the residents of Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties, who are uninsured or underinsured, access to medical and dental services at no or reduced cost.
Goal: Our goal is to address basic health problems before they turn into medical emergencies.
Who can use the Clinic?
The Lake County Free Medical Clinic serves people with no or low income (200% FPL and below), and who do not have health insurance, state medical assistance or are underinsured.
Medical services are for residents of Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula Counties. Dental services are for children in Lake County only who do not have insurance. Medicaid is accepted for children who live in Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula Counties.
The Clinic relies on volunteer doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals to meet the urgent care needs of patients.
The Lake County Free Medical Clinic is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization.
