LCFMC offers appointments in the following areas:
- General Medical - for acute, short-term illnesses
- Chronic Care - for treatment of chronic illness including asthma, arthritis, diabetes*, hypertension, and thyroid disorders
*appointments for diabetes care are currently suspended due to lack of capacity to take new patients - Pediatric Dental - routine exams, x-rays, fillings, and emergency services (e.g., extractions)
- Adult Dental - treatment of emergency dental problems (primarily extraction)
Services are available by appointment - our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though there are some appointments available outside those times depending on what type of appointment you need.
In addition, LCFMC offers Project Caritas, a walk-in clinic operated in conjunction with Lakeland Community College and the Salvation Army of Painesville. Project Caritas is open on Tuesday mornings from 8:00 to 11:00 at the Salvation Army - no appointments are needed, and visits are first-come, first-served.
