Lake County Free Clinic provides a variety of medical and dental services. Our board certified staff and volunteer medical and dental Providers comes from area  institutions such as Cleveland Clinic, Lake Health, University Hospitals systems, and local dental offices. We offer general medicine, pediatric medicine, specialty medicine clinics, as well as basic adult and pediatric dental services.

We request that patients make a $20 donation for office visits. Donations are not required to receive care.


Notice to Patients:  This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. We are a Free Clinic. We will see you even if you can’t make a donation.

General Medical Care

We provide a wide variety of general medical care services for
adults and children 4 and up.

We offer ongoing treatment for chronic diseases including: (but not limited to)

Vision Screenings

We offer qualifying patients vision screenings and referrals to Prevent Blindness for a free eye exam and a free pair of glasses.



Adult Dental Care

Our adult dental care is limited to tooth extractions. We can work with you to find a dentist who will meet your other dental needs.

  • Farmers market vouchers (when available)
  • Education on deep breathing and meditation
