Lake County Free Clinic is proud to announce that it has received a generous grant from the Ashtabula Foundation to support Care on the Move, our new mobile healthcare initiative bringing free medical services directly to underserved communities throughout Ashtabula County.
This funding will help expand access to primary and preventive healthcare for uninsured children and families by reducing transportation barriers and delivering care where it is needed most.
