By the end of 2026, the Lake County Free Clinic will launch Care on the Move—our very own mobile healthcare unit that will bring compassionate, no-cost care directly to underserved communities across Northeast Ohio.
Care on the Move will provide:
Primary medical care
Pediatric care
Dental care
Immunizations
On-site lab services
Health education and nutrition support
Preventive screenings
Connections to additional healthcare and community resourcesThis isn’t just a vehicle—it’s a lifeline for individuals and families who face barriers like transportation, cost, and limited access to care.
