Other Ways to Help

In-kind Wish List – For items currently needed to help offset costs and provide more direct patient care – visit our Wish List or email info@lakefreeclinic.org with questions about a specific in-kind donation.

Donate unused medical or dental supplies or equipment – We cannot accept prescription medication, but welcome in-kind donations of durable medical supplies (diabetes testing supplies, syringes, home health care aids, etc.) that are in good condition, unexpired and unopened. Call us at 440.352.8686 with questions. Items may be dropped off at our office during business hours and we can provide an acknowledgement letter for tax purposes.

If you are a medical or dental provider who would like to donate equipment, please email info@lakefreeclinic.org or call 440.352.8686 and provide a description of what you have to donate and a staff member will contact you to discuss your donation.
