Your generosity saves lives. Lake County Free Clinic has operated with one goal for more than 45 years: to meet the healthcare needs of our community by providing medical and dental services to our neighbors.

Other Ways to Help

In-kind Wish List – For items currently needed to help offset costs and provide more direct patient care – visit our Wish List, purchase ReliOn Insulin (available OTC at Wal-Mart for $25) for a patient, or contact with questions about a specific in-kind donation.

Hold an LCFC band-AID Casual for a Cause Campaign – Corporations, schools and businesses can host a dress-down day or event to raise money and spread awareness about the need for greater access to health and dental care. Download an information packet.

Donate unused medical or dental supplies or equipment – We cannot accept prescription medication, but welcome in-kind donations of durable medical supplies (diabetes testing supplies, syringes, home health care aids, etc.) that are in good condition, unexpired and unopened. Call us at 440.352.8686 with questions. Items may be dropped off at our office during business hours and we can provide an acknowledgement letter for tax purposes.

If you are a medical or dental provider who would like to donate equipment, please email or call 440.352.8686 and provide a description of what you have to donate and a staff member will contact you to discuss your donation.

Thank You to Our Supporters

We couldn’t do what we do without the generosity of those who support us. As a free clinic, we receive no government or other insurance reimbursement for the services we provide. We exist only through the great generosity of individuals, foundations, organizations and corporations who believe that everyone deserves quality, compassionate care.
