PAINESVILLE, Ohio — The Lake County General Health District will offer two free childhood immunization clinics for families who are uninsured, underinsured, or enrolled in Medicaid.

The clinics will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, and Wednesday, Aug. 14, at the health district’s office located at the Painesville WIC location, 89 Chester St.

No fees will be charged for vaccinations, but appointments are required. Families can schedule by calling (440) 350-2543 and asking to speak with the nursing department.

The clinics aim to ensure all children have access to critical vaccines before the start of the new school year, regardless of insurance status.
